Campbell Savona elementary utilizes an inquiry-based method of instruction for science through the FOSS (Full Option Science System) resource. Students participate in hands-on experiments and experiential learning with kits on a given topic of study. 5th grade students will be assessed with the NYS science test.

As students move to the Jr./Sr. high school, they begin moving from class to class in a department-style structure with subject-specific teachers. 8th grade students will be assessed with the NYS Science test.
